近日，电气工程学院赵海全教授获国际著名期刊《ieee transactions on audio, speech, and language processing》主编mark a. hasegawa-johnson（editor-in-chief, ieee fellow, fellow of the acoustical society of america）教授邀请，担任该刊物associate editor。《ieee transactions on audio, speech, and language processing》（ieee taslp）是音频、声学、语言信号处理领域的顶级期刊（ieee signal processing society），清华最新版计算机学术推荐列表中认定为a类刊物，在音频、语音和自然语言处理领域享有较高的学术声誉，中科院sci一区top期刊。
